The Air Jordan 23 model was released on February 23, 2008. Gentry Humphrey, head of footwear marketing for the Jordan Brand has said he believes it will be the last model released for the Air Jordan line.

For the third straight year, these Air Jordans use IPS (Independent Podular Suspension) Cushioning. The side of the shoe features a stitched pattern that gives the shoes strength in addition to cosmetic effect. The tongue of the left and right are different for a first time with a jumpman logo on the right shoe and the number “23? embedded on the left shoe. The shoe also features a glittery glossy panel that covers the midsole body of the sneaker.

According to an article in Jet magazine, the XX3/XXXIII is the first basketball shoe to be made under the "Considered" ethos, meaning the shoe is made with the environment in mind

I bought these because of the nice look and feel when I tried them on. They are everyday use shoes, but I also shoot some hoops indoors on wood courts. For that, they work as well as most basketball shoes. Though I am a casual player, they have good grip and support. Easy to clean and I like the aggressive look.

These shoes are extremely comfortable and the size was right on target. This is the third pair of running shoes I have purchased from CrazyJordans and plan on continued purchasing of their products. Overall these shoes are very comfortable and do not rub and part of my feet.

Beautiful colorscheme of white and red with a hint of silver at the heel area this kick is magnificent. The heel area of the kick is very thick and double padded inner-liner for greater comfort and ease on the court. Coming with free shipping and a very low price tag I already bought me a pair.
